We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant. Mechanical knowledgeable, Selling used vehicle parts. Inventory parts. Take customers to show parts to general public. Able to identify vehicle parts.

Duties

• Provide outstanding customer service to clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Manage office correspondence, including computer skills, phone calls.
• Keep office clean and inviting for customers.
• Maintain organized filing systems and ensure all documents are properly archived.
• Support office management tasks such as submitting inventory.
• Collaborate with team members.
• Handle clerical duties including typing, photocopying, and scanning documents.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in computer skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize workload effectively.
• Identify vehicle parts.
• Bilingual in Spanish is highly desirable but not required.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
