Office Assistant

Tayson Enterprises is currently seeking an Office Assistant to join our team.
We are a steel fabrication company primarily involved in Machine Design, Product Manufacturing and Steel & Structural Fabrication.

Ideal candidate will be detail oriented, and be able to work overtime as needed.
Must be a self-starter, able to work independently, have good attendance, and strong work ethic.

QUICKBOOKS Experience a must

NOTE: This is an on site position. Sorry-there is no current opportunity for remote work, as interaction with the shop floor is required.

Responsibilities Include:

Shop job record keeping and MRP
Payroll and time keeping
Employment records maintenance
DMV record maintenance
Office organizing
Accounts payable
Accounts receivable
Material Sourcing

If possible applicants will be interviewed on the spot with potential for immediate hire.

Pay DOE, potential for future growth.
