Office Assistant

Job Summary
Specialty pelvic floor therapy clinic seeking a compassionate, caring, and enthusiastic Office Assistant to join our small, supportive team. This job involves interacting with patients, handling paperwork, answering phone calls, and explaining pelvic floor therapy to new patients.

This position requires 24 hours per week Monday-Friday. Specific hours to be discussed.

Principal Duties:

• Answering phone calls and promptly greeting clients in person
• Scheduling patients by phone or email
• Handle the daily scheduling, filling cancellations, and scheduling follow-up appointments
• Handle and organize patient files and information
• Supporting day-to-day clinic operations as needed
• Any other duties which may be required

Qualifications:

• Communicate clearly in person and on the phone
• High computer literacy (Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel)
• Organized, reliable, and self-motivated
• A high school diploma is required
• Ability to interact in a professional and courteous manner with patients and co-workers
• Enjoys being part of a small team and growing business
• Small business experience preferred
