Office Assistant

Schedule:

• Days: Monday - Friday (off on Wednesdays)
• Hours: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle for travel
• Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements as needed
• Assist with a variety of personal tasks and errands
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Must be reliable, organized, and capable of multitasking
• Preferably enrolled in school and able to manage time effectively
• Must provide two professional or character references upon request
• Additional responsibilities to be discussed during the interview

• Able to adapt to changing priorities and remain effective under pressure
• Professional demeanor with strong customer service skills

This position requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information. Will be on a 3-month trial run, after 3 months will be eligible for a raise and more hours.

Will be reimbursed for mileage.

Weekly Pay through direct deposit.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
