Office Assistant

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Assistant to join our growing team at our Glenwood Springs headquarters. This is an excellent opportunity to gain foundational experience in a dynamic national cybersecurity company while supporting leadership and daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Keep the office clean and presentable, including taking out trash, cleaning the refrigerator, unloading the dishwasher, and cleaning windows
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages
• Manage administrative tasks and office supplies
• Handle banking and financial errands as needed
• Provide direct administrative support to the COO and CTO
• Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and general office coordination
• Support special projects and other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or greater
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
• Reliability and willingness to take on varied responsibilities
