Job Description

IAQ Experts is growing! We are seeking an organized, dependable, and motivated Office Office Assistant to join our team.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily office operations and administrative duties.
• Schedule and dispatch technicians efficiently.
• Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service.
• Manage customer records, job notes, photos, and invoices in Housecall Pro.
• Follow up with customers regarding appointments and completed jobs.
• Communicate with field technicians and management.
• Ensure jobs are properly documented, completed, and invoiced.
• Assist with scheduling changes and daily job tracking.

Qualifications

• Previous office, dispatching, or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
• Strong computer and data-entry skills.
• Housecall Pro or similar software experience is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented.
