Our team of healthcare providers is seeking an office assistant to join our family. Hours include rotating Saturdays (9am-5pm 2-3x per month) and occasional weekday evenings (approx 4pm-7pm).

This position and these hours are perfect for high school or college students, or anyone looking to pick up a few extra work hours in their week.

Here’s a day in the life with us:

Opening the clinic (Saturdays)

Turning off and stowing your phone in your locker in the staff room

Running circles around the front desk–fielding phone calls and staff/client questions at the desk

Scheduling client appointments

Taking payments

Chatting with a client about their weekend and gushing over a picture of a team member’s baby

Cleaning the office

Closing the clinic (weekdays and Saturdays)

Company and Candidate Details

We are a team of 10 providers who strive to provide trauma-informed and inclusive services for all members of our community.

Ideal candidate is dependable, has reliable transportation, a professional appearance, takes initiative, has solid communication skills, pays attention to detail, and is proficient in time management. Must have a flexible and team oriented mindset--able to go with the flow, and adjust on the spot whether it is with a challenging client, rush of front desk activity and phones, etc.
