Office Assistant/ designer assistant

Job Summary

Join our team as an Office Assistant/Designer Assistant and keep daily office operations organized while supporting the design team. You’ll welcome clients, manage communications and records, and help the team stay on top of schedules and administrative tasks. This role suits someone who enjoys balancing customer service with careful, detail-focused office support.

Duties

• Welcome clients at the front desk, answer and route calls using a multi-line phone system, and provide professional phone etiquette and customer support.
• Handle client communication, calendar management, filing, data entry, typing, proofreading, and other clerical tasks.
• Assist designers and provide personal assistant support as needed; use Microsoft Office and other computer tools to keep work organized.
• Your impact: Reliable communication and accurate records help clients receive responsive service and allow the design team to focus on its work.

Experience

• Office experience, including administrative or clerical experience, is preferred.
• Demonstrated customer service, phone communication, and client communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail in data entry, typing, and proofreading.
• Computer literacy and general computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Apps.

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
