Your Responsibilities

Your daily tasks may include:

• Assisting with general office duties
• Covering reception when required
• Greeting visitors and helping maintain a welcoming office environment
• Delivering documents between departments
• Assisting the administration team with simple office tasks
• Supporting the sales and marketing teams when needed
• Organising meeting rooms and office supplies
• Performing light office cleaning to help maintain a tidy workplace
• Running occasional local errands
• Helping management with day-to-day operational tasks
• Assisting wherever support is needed across the business
