As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic Office Assistant to join our dedicated team in Hamburg, Germany.

What You Will Do

Provide administrative and clerical support to the office team.
Answer calls, manage emails, and welcome visitors.
Organize documents, schedules, meetings, and office supplies.
Assist with data entry, reports, and general office tasks.
Maintain an organized and professional office environment.
Communicate with clients, suppliers, and staff as needed.

What You Bring

Previous experience in the ship supply industry is an advantage;
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, German is an advantage;
Excellent computer skills, including MS Office applications;
Willingness to learn and work with modern technologies, software, and applications;
HBO-level qualification or comparable experience;
A proactive, detail-oriented, and positive attitude with the ability to work efficiently and respond quickly.
