What You'll Be Doing

• Answering incoming calls and assisting customers
• Following up with customers interested in selling their vehicles
• Helping customers through the vehicle-selling process
• Presenting purchase offers and assisting with closing deals
• Entering and maintaining customer information
• Preparing and organizing purchase paperwork
• Supporting daily office operations
• Ensuring paperwork is accurate and completed on time

What We're Looking For

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license required
• Previous office or administrative experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable using computers and entering information accurately
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Comfortable working in a busy environment
• Flexible availability

Even Better If You Have:

• Previous sales experience
• Experience working with customers in person or over the phone
• Bilingual communication skills
