Office Assistant/Receptionist - Medical

Established and growing pediatric therapy practice in Henderson NV is seeking receptionist/office assistant to join our office team. Winner of best of Las Vegas in Speech and Occupational Therapy. We are looking for someone who shares our passion for helping children and families, is friendly and professional, organized, shows strong work ethic, attentive to detail, punctual, and can multi-task in a fast paced health care environment. Strong and professional verbal and written communication skills are required. Part time or full time schedule available. Benefits and PTO with full time status and post probation.

Main Responsibilities:

• Greet and check-in patients for therapy sessions.
• Answer phone calls and assist with patient communication.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
• Assist with intake process for new patients.
• Maintain office filing, supplies, and general day to day operations.
• Update and maintain databases such as mailing lists, contact lists, and client information
• Process payments
• Maintain a clean clinic space, end of day closing procedures, and assist with cleaning protocol.
• Other general office duties.
• Assist billing department.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
