Office Associate – Part-Time

We are seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Office Associate/Assistant to join our automotive repair shop. This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable working in a busy environment, enjoys interacting with customers, and can efficiently manage multiple tasks throughout the day.

Training is continual on the job and easily established.

Schedule

• 32 hours per week
• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday (8:30am-4:30pm)

Responsibilities:

• Create and process customer invoices
• Check customers in and out efficiently and professionally
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Maintain organized office and customer records
• Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
• Help ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience

Qualifications:

• Moderate computer skills - we have a very user friendly automotive invoicing program
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a busy environment-(you will not be working alone)
• multitasking and organizational skills are needed
• Pleasant communication and customer service skills
• Professional demeanor

The ideal candidate is someone who is organized, technologically comfortable, customer-focused, and able to efficiently manage multiple responsibilities in a busy automotive repair environment.

Pay: $21.00 per hour
