About the role

We are seeking an Office Backend Support professional. This is a full-time position based on-site. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to our insurance operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day office functions and contributing to the efficiency of our business processes. You will be a key member of our administrative team, handling critical backend operations that support our insurance services delivery.

Key responsibilities

1. Managing administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document organisation for insurance records and client information
2. Processing insurance claims and policy documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
3. Maintaining and updating databases and records management systems
4. Supporting communication between clients, insurance providers, and internal teams
5. Handling correspondence, emails, and phone enquiries in a professional manner

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience in administrative support or office management roles
2. Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management systems
4. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
