Office Based - Operation Executive

About the role

Responsible for the daily administrative operations for the operation department, including preparation of documentation for guards regarding operation matters and operational requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Update Operation Staff and Guard attendance on a daily/weekly basis
• Prepare working duty roster schedule for Operation Staff
• Prepare and submit monthly operation documentation such as deduction listing, penalty listing, and attendance to HR Department
• Assist HR Department to assign suitable Patrolling Officer/Officer in Charge for Fomema arrangement
• Bring new guards to open bank accounts
• Cooperate with various departments to communicate and deal with matters
• Perform any other task as assigned by superior from time to time

About you

• Bachelor/Diploma in Management
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• At least 1 year of working experience
• Fresh graduates with internship experiences are encouraged to apply
