Office Based Project Support

Viso Group, a small company based in Clanfield, are a fast growing Fire Door Maintenance company providing an expert service in fire door surveying, maintenance and installation.

A key role in our Projects Team has emerged for Project Support. This will involve reporting directly to the Senior Project Director to support internally with the management of onsite teams including helping with diary management, admin, costings, supplier invoice checking, invoicing, and assistance with team expansion. This is a full time role - 40 hours a week Monday to Friday with possibly some overtime or out of hours work required occasionally. Other tasks may be required depending on workload. As a small company a team effort is essential and rewarding

The right candidate will be self motivated with a mature attitude to work and will be able to work independantly. An eye for detail and methodical working is crucial to success in this demanding but rewarding role.
