Office Billing Clerk

Full Time Billing Clerk with Company Benefits | $48K Per Year
**Experience of 6 months in a fast-paced office/trucking environment a plus**

Shift available: Full-Time
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Payrate: Salaried at $48,000 Per Year
Requirements:

• High School diploma / GED required.
• 6 months experience in high volume phone calls in a fast-paced office/trucking environment.
• Strong attention to detail
• Outstanding communication skills

Main Job Functions:

• Price Tickets and Generate Invoices in a timely manner
• Using Microsoft Excel
• Cross Train in Payroll

Essential Functions:

• Ability to use Excel
• Price Tickets and Generate Invoices in a timely manner
• Assist in Payrol functions
• Answers incoming phone calls
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

Job Requirements:

• 6 Months Office Experience
• Working knowledge of oil & gas industry is a plus
• Ability to work well with a team.
• Problem solving ability.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Planning and organization.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Adaptability and Dependability.
• Time management.
• Must be punctual and possess a strong work ethic.

Wage Range: 48000.00 - 48000.00 per year
