Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Office Boy to support daily office operations at our Ahmedabad location. The ideal candidate will assist with general upkeep, errands, and basic administrative support to ensure smooth office functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of the office premises
• Serve tea/coffee/water to staff and visitors
• Handle basic errands — courier pickups/drops, bank visits, purchase of office supplies
• Assist with photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
• Manage office pantry supplies and inventory
• Support setup for meetings (arranging seating, refreshments, etc.)
• Receive and direct visitors/deliveries at the office
• Assist other staff with basic tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 10th pass (12th preferred)
• Prior experience as an office boy/peon preferred but not mandatory
• Basic understanding of Ahmedabad local areas for errands
• Punctual, honest, and hardworking
• Good communication in Gujarati/Hindi; basic English understood

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
