Key Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of the office.

Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.

Assist with basic office administration and daily operational tasks.

Handle photocopying, printing, scanning, filing, and document distribution.

Receive and distribute incoming documents, parcels, and correspondence.

Support the team with basic errands and office-related requirements.

Monitor and maintain office supplies and pantry items.

Assist in arranging meeting rooms and preparing refreshments for meetings.

Coordinate with office support, maintenance, and other service providers when required.

Ensure the pantry and common areas are clean and well maintained.

Perform other administrative and office-support duties as assigned.

Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous experience in an office assistant, office girl, office helper, or similar role is preferred.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pleasant and professional personality.

Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

Good organizational and time-management skills.

Basic English communication skills.

Presentable and customer-service oriented.

Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment.
