Job Title: Office Boy

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Office Assistant / Office Boy to support our daily office operations in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep the office, pantry, meeting rooms, and common areas clean and tidy.
• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments.
• Support basic office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and handling documents.
• Carry out office errands and provide general administrative assistance.
• Ensure pantry and cleaning supplies are adequately stocked.
• Arrange and prepare meeting rooms as needed.
• Welcome and assist visitors in a polite and professional manner.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Neat, well-groomed, and presentable.
• Honest, punctual, and responsible with a positive attitude.
• Willing to handle cleaning, errands, and general office support tasks.
• Must be currently residing in the UAE.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
