Job Description

Rich Robust Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a reliable, punctual, and hardworking Office Boy to assist with daily office operations and maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to employees and visitors.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the office, pantry, and common areas.
• Ensure the pantry is stocked with necessary supplies.
• Assist with photocopying, printing, scanning, and other basic office tasks.
• Handle office errands and deliver documents when required.
• Support the administrative team with day-to-day office activities.
• Ensure meeting rooms and reception areas are neat and organized.
• Perform other office-related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 10th pass preferred.
• Previous experience as an Office Boy, Office Helper, or in a similar role is preferred.
• Must be punctual, disciplined, honest, and responsible.
• Good behaviour and basic communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
