Office boy

Key Responsibilities

• Open the office before the team arrives and close it after everyone leaves (lights, AC, fans, doors locked)
• Daily dusting, sweeping and mopping of the entire office
• Clean washrooms, desks, chairs, walls, windows and glass doors
• Prepare and serve tea/coffee for the team and guests
• Wash tea/coffee utensils and clean the pantry & dining area after lunch
• Empty dustbins and dispose of garbage daily
• Restock washroom & pantry supplies (soap, tissue, tea, sugar, milk, water)
• Track office supplies and inform HR before stock runs out
• Water and take care of office plants
• Track AC, water purifier & other machine servicing; report repairs on time
• Set up meeting room before meetings and clean it after
• Receive couriers/deliveries and run small office errands when needed

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
