Office Cleaner

Job Overview

Dynamic Details Cleaning, a family-owned cleaning company in business since 2003, is looking for a reliable part-time night cleaner for an office building in King of Prussia, PA. The job is currently 2 nights per week, about 2 to 3 hours per night for one person, with an occasional third night when the site has events. The office serves families and children, so we are looking for someone who takes pride in detailed work and leaves the space spotless every night. Pay is a flat 15-16$ a hour.

Schedule

• 2 nights per week, with a third night added occasionally for events
• Evening start, after the office closes [e.g. after 6 PM]
• About 2 to 3 hours per night for one person
• The number of nights may increase in the future, and pay will be adjusted to match

Bringing help

You are welcome to bring a spouse, partner, or family member to help. The pay is a flat rate per night and stays the same no matter how many people come, so how you split it is up to you. Anyone who comes into the building must also pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Clean bathrooms thoroughly every night, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and counters
• Refill bathroom supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, soap) as needed
• Vacuum and mop all bathroom floors nightly
• Sweep or vacuum and then mop all hard floors in the office nightly
• Vacuum carpeted areas
• Clean 2 kitchen areas: counters, sinks, tables, and appliance surfaces
• Wipe down all window sills, including removing bugs and debris
• Wipe fingerprints and marks off glass doors and other glass surfaces
• Empty trash and replace liners
• Turn off the alarm system when you arrive and set it again before you leave, every night

Qualifications

• Cleaning experience preferred, especially office or commercial cleaning
• Detail-oriented. We check the work, and the building owner notices the small things.
• Honest and trustworthy. You will have access to the building after hours, and the building has security cameras and an alarm system that logs when you arrive and leave.
• Reliable and on time every scheduled night
• Flexible enough to pick up an extra night when events come up
• Reliable transportation to King of Prussia
• Must pass a background check, since this office serves children and families

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6.0 – 10.0 per week
