Office Cleaner

Eagles Cleaning Services LLC is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to join our team and service a professional three-story office building in Tampa.

This is a recurring cleaning position with service scheduled 2–3 times per week after regular business hours. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and can consistently maintain a clean, professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain offices and common/shared areas
• Clean and sanitize multiple restrooms
• Dust and wipe desks, surfaces, and office areas
• Sanitize frequently touched surfaces
• Clean blinds and interior windows as needed
• Vacuum and maintain carpets, especially high-traffic and shared areas
• Sweep, mop, and maintain hard floors
• Clean refrigerators and microwaves
• Perform monthly deep-cleaning tasks
• Empty trash and maintain overall cleanliness
• Follow Eagles Cleaning Services’ cleaning standards and checklist
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or supply needs

Requirements

• Previous commercial or office cleaning experience preferred
• Reliable and punctual
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work independently
• Professional and respectful around an office environment
• Able to follow cleaning instructions and checklists
• Physically able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties throughout a multi-story building
• Must have reliable transportation to the job location
• Must be dependable for recurring scheduled shifts

Schedule
