Office Cleaner

Job Overview
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Office Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various office environments, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for employees and visitors alike. This role requires a strong commitment to quality and an understanding of effective cleaning techniques.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Maintain floors through regular care, including buffing and polishing as needed.
• Ensure all restrooms are clean and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Handle waste disposal and recycling in accordance with company policies.
• Conduct periodic deep cleaning of office spaces, including carpets, windows, and furniture.
• Assist in facilities maintenance tasks as required, ensuring all areas are safe and functional.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met consistently.

Skills

• Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques, including buffing and maintenance.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning practices is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Good physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks efficiently throughout the day.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to safety standards in the workplace.

Pay: $12.50 - $13.00 per hour
