Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming all office areas
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms by sanitizing fixtures, replenishing supplies, and ensuring hygiene standards are met
• Empty trash bins and recycling containers regularly to promote a tidy environment
• Clean windows, glass surfaces, and common areas to uphold high standards of appearance
• Restock cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need replenishing or equipment requires maintenance
• Follow health and safety guidelines during all cleaning activities to ensure a safe workspace for everyone
• Conduct periodic deep cleaning tasks such as carpet shampooing or floor waxing as needed

Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles preferred
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks which may include bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
• Excellent time management skills to complete assigned duties efficiently within scheduled hours
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and the use of cleaning equipment and products
• Reliable transportation or proximity to the workplace is advantageous

Pay: £15.00-£18.00 per hour
