Duties

• Perform comprehensive cleaning of office areas, including desks, floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces to uphold cleanliness standards
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper in restrooms and kitchen areas
• Dispose of trash and recycling materials following proper procedures
• Maintain cleaning equipment in good working order and report any maintenance needs promptly
• Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all staff
• Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled or needed

Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles preferred
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and safety procedures
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Reliable punctuality and a positive attitude towards teamwork
• Basic understanding of custodial equipment operation is a plus
