About Us

Victory Travel is an established travel company in Singapore providing corporate travel management, flight and hotel bookings, visa services, and group travel solutions. We are looking for a motivated and organized Office Clerk to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

Perform general administrative and clerical duties.

Handle data entry, filing, document preparation, and record maintenance.

Assist with email correspondence, phone calls, and customer enquiries.

Support the team with travel bookings, quotations, and other office tasks.

Maintain accurate records and ensure documents are properly organized.

Coordinate with colleagues to ensure smooth daily office operations.

Requirements

Fresh graduates and candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply.

Minimum GCE N/O Levels, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.

Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Well-organized, responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.
