What they need
About the role
This is a full-time Office Clerk position at SM Gems Ltd, located in Hung Hom, Kowloon City District. You will be responsible for providing essential support to the Sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Handle gemstones inventory by using computerised system
- Handle & follow up production tasks with factories
- Support office operations and any other ad-hoc tasks
- Outdoor work occasionally
Requirements:
- Diploma of Secondary School or equivalent
- Good command of English & Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proactive, responsible and good working attitude
- 1 year office work experience is preferred; fresh graduates are also welcome
- Immediate available
