TriState Enterprise is accepting applications for a dependable and organized Office Clerk. The ideal candidate communicates professionally, pays close attention to detail, and can manage routine administrative tasks in a busy office environment.

Position Details

· Job Title: Office Clerk

· Employment Type: Part-time

· Schedule: Monday–Friday, 25–32 hours per week

· Pay: $11–$12.50 per hour

· Location: 1305 Argillite Rd, Flatwoods, KY 41139

Key Responsibilities

· Answer and direct phone calls professionally.

· Greet customers and provide courteous assistance.

· Organize and maintain accurate paper and electronic files.

· Take and fill out delivery tickets.

· Perform accurate data entry and update office records.

Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

· Dependable attendance, strong organization, and attention to detail.

· Professional written and verbal communication skills.

· Basic computer skills, including email, word processing, and data entry.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently or as part of a team.

· Previous office or customer-service experience is preferred but not required.
