Office Positions

Hourly Pay, Bonuses & Financial Section

**We are a RESIDENTIAL SERVICE COMPANY (with some light commercial service) located in Dickinson, TX. The office can be fast paced. Must have very good customer service, phone skills, and be very detail oriented.

Office - Hourly Scale

$12 - $20 Hour

Depending on type of position open. *Management positions may exceed scale shown.

Office - Year End Bonus

$300 - $1000

Paid every year, after 1 year of employment. Amount of range is based on length of employment & position.

Office - Fuel Allowance

$100 | *$200 Monthly

The Company pays this allowance monthly on the employee's check to cover some of their transportation expenses to/from work.

• Management position allowance.

SIMPLE IRA

2% Contribution

The Company contributes an amount equal to 2% of the employee's salary to a SIMPLE IRA. These contributions are made for each paycheck throughout the year and are fully vested.

• EMPLOYEES DO NOT have to contribute/match to receive this benefit (employee contributions are optional).

Vaca Bucks - Performance Bonus

• $1200 Annually

• Only management positions are eligible to earn vaca bucks. This is a performance bonus based on certain factors. Up to the amount shown can be earned per year to be used toward employee's personal vacations for hotels/lodging, flights, car rentals, and cruises.

Communications Allowance

$100 Monthly

Instead of having a personal and work phone, the employee is required to use their personal phone for work purposes to communicate with staff. This set up allows the Company to provide this benefit toward a personal cost of the employee since it is also being used for work purposes. The Company still provides tablets for plumbers to use during work hours to review/complete their schedules and invoicing.
