About the Role

We are looking for a Female Operations / Office Coordinator for our Corporate Gifting & Bag Manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle client calls, follow-ups, and coordination.

* Manage enquiries, quotations, orders, and delivery updates.

* Coordinate with clients and internal teams.

* Maintain client and order records.

* Share product details, quotations, and updates through WhatsApp/Email.

* Handle basic office coordination and documentation.

Requirements

* Basic English communication skills.

* Good client-handling and follow-up skills.

* Basic knowledge of MS Office & Excel.

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Experience in operations, coordination, customer handling, or a related role will be preferred.
