The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can multitask, prioritize responsibilities, solve problems independently, and help oversee daily office operations.
We need someone who takes ownership of their work, anticipates what needs to be done, and can keep multiple moving parts organized without constant supervision.
This position plays an important role in coordinating customers, sales representatives, installation crews, vendors, scheduling, financial paperwork, and general business operations.

- Assist with permit applications and inspection scheduling.
- Maintain contracts, change orders, certificates of insurance, licenses, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate subcontractor paperwork and vendor documentation.
- Maintain project completion paperwork and customer records.
- Ensure project files are accurate, complete, and properly organized.

- High level of professionalism, accountability, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Preferred Experience
