Who You Are

  • Fluent in Japanese and English.

  • Proficient in office software and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Asana, Slack).
  • Able to anticipate challenges, solve problems, and execute effectively under pressure.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving office environment.

What We Need

  • Partner with global operations to align with international standards, improve the workplace experience, and drive end-user engagement.
  • Advocate for the Tokyo office and the remote APAC workforce by driving culturally aligned events and improving the employee experience.
  • Work closely with the IT team as the primary point of contact in Japan to deal with on-site troubleshooting.
  • Ensure the office adheres to local health, safety, and fire regulations, coordinating with building management and security on access control, badges, and emergency procedures.

What You Will Learn

  • Master the management of physical office spaces, budgets, and vendor ecosystems while scaling a high-energy, collaborative environment.
  • Gain hands-on experience planning and executing events of varying sizes and types within a fast-growing, multinational startup.
  • Develop an understanding of IT infrastructure with the ability to further advance your skills and experience, as desired.
