Office / Data Entry Assitant

Job Summary

We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented person to assist with office and data-entry work.

This is an ideal position for someone returning to the workforce, a retired or semi-retired office professional, or a college student with daytime availability looking for flexible part-time work.

Responsibilities

• Enter invoices and other information accurately into our computer system
• Work with numbers, invoices, spreadsheets and daily paperwork
• Basic Excel data entry
• Organize and check paperwork for accuracy
• Assist with other general office and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Works efficiently and maintains a good, steady pace
• Very accurate and attentive to detail
• Comfortable working with numbers and repetitive data entry
• Able to complete routine tasks independently and in a timely manner
• Strong typing skills for efficient data input
• Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately during data entry tasks
• Knowledge of Excel preferred
• QuickBooks experience is a plus, but not required
• Organized, dependable and willing to learn

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 20.0 per week
