OFFICE DRIVER /MESSENGER

MALE CANDIDATE MUST BE PHYSICALLY AVAILABLE IN UAE, WITH VALID UAE DRIVERS LICENSE, WITH MINIMUN OF 3 YRS EXPERIENCE IN UAE, WITH GOOD MANNERS AND POLITE BEHAVIOUR. FACE TO FACE INTERVIEW IS PREFERRED.

A MALE OFFICE DRIVER / MESSENGER safely transports documents, packages, and staff while maintaining company vehicles and handling basic office or delivery tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliveries and Transport: Pick up and drop off mail, legal documents, packages, and office supplies to designated locations. Transport company personnel safely and on time.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Inspect company vehicles regularly, monitor fuel and mileage, report mechanical issues, and keep vehicles clean.
• Administrative Support: Maintain delivery logs, obtain signatures for received items, and assist with simple office tasks like photocopying or answering phones when needed.
• Route Planning: Plan efficient daily travel routes using GPS or local road knowledge while obeying all traffic laws.

Requirements and Qualifications

• License: Valid local driving license with a clean driving record.
• Experience: Previous professional driving or delivery experience.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Skills: Good communication skills, basic time management, and familiarity with regional road networks and navigation tools.

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
