What they need
1. งานด้านเอกสารและวิศวกรรม
- จัดทำ ตรวจสอบ และควบคุมเอกสารด้านวิศวกรรมของโครงการ
- ตรวจสอบแบบก่อสร้าง (Construction Drawings) และประสานการแก้ไขแบบร่วมกับผู้ออกแบบและที่ปรึกษา
- จัดเก็บและควบคุมเอกสารให้เป็นปัจจุบัน (Document Control)
- งานจัดทำสัญญาก่อสร้าง
2. การประสานงานโครงการ
- ประสานงานระหว่างฝ่ายออกแบบ ฝ่ายจัดซื้อ ฝ่ายขาย ฝ่ายบริการหลังการขาย และผู้รับเหมา
- ติดตามประเด็นค้าง (Action Items) จนแล้วเสร็จ
3. งานด้านต้นทุนและสัญญา
- ตรวจสอบปริมาณงานเพื่อประกอบการอนุมัติ
- จัดเตรียมข้อมูลประกอบการเปลี่ยนแปลงงาน (Variation Order)
4. งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
