Office Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Documentation & Reports

• Prepare and maintain project documents (plans, shop drawings, as-built drawings)
• Organize and file contracts, RFIs, transmittals, and site records
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports
• Track project progress, accomplishments, and delays

Technical Support

• Review drawings, specifications, and plans for accuracy
• Assist in quantity take-offs and cost estimates
• Support preparation of billings, accomplishments, and variation orders
• Coordinate with site engineers on technical concerns

Coordination & Communication

• Liaise with site engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
• Assist in scheduling and manpower/materials coordination
• Attend meetings and prepare minutes of meeting (MOM)
• Follow up approvals, submissions, and deliverables

Planning & Monitoring

• Assist in updating project schedules and timelines
• Monitor material requests, deliveries, and usage
• Help track project costs versus budget

Compliance & Quality

• Ensure documents comply with company standards and project requirements
• Assist in QA/QC documentation and audit preparations
• Support safety and regulatory documentation if required

Qualifications

• Graduate of Civil Engineering
• With at least 1 year experience in construction is a plus but not required (fresh graduates may apply)
• Cum Laude/ Academic awards with PRC licensed (Preferred)
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Knowledge in AutoCAD and basic project management tools
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
