OFFICE ENGINEER

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize office documentation, including LPOs, subcontractor billing, progress invoices, and material delivery notes (asphalt mixes & aggregates).
• Prepare and follow up on client quotations, Asphalt supply/rental agreements, and official business correspondence.
• Track daily plant/site output, equipment deployment, and work progress logs.
• Coordinate between the office, field supervisors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records of project quantities, BOQs, and cost documentation using MS Excel.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Strong skills in office administration, paper/digital documentation, and filing systems.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Word) and basic AutoCAD.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) for official emailing and reporting.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
2. 1 to 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in Asphalt, Roadwork, Infrastructure, or Contracting companies
