Office Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for an Office Engineer to support our Design & Build projects in procurement, technical coordination, and project support. You will work closely with our Project Architects, site teams, suppliers, and third-party consultants across multiple projects.

Responsibilities:

• Procurement & Materials

• Process and coordinate material orders with suppliers.

• Track material availability, orders, and deliveries.

• Coordinate deliveries to project sites.

• Follow up with suppliers and address procurement concerns.

Technical Coordination

• Coordinate with third-party MEPF/engineering consultants.

• Assist with initial engineering plans and technical drawings.

• Review submitted drawings for completeness and coordination.

• Coordinate revisions, technical concerns, and as-built drawings.

• Project Support

• Assist with site measurements and site visits, including prospective projects.

• Assist with quantity take-offs, material costing, and additional works.

• Organize project documents and assist with project reports and other documentation.

• Provide general technical support to Project Architects and the construction team.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Basic knowledge of construction and architectural/engineering drawings.

• Basic AutoCAD knowledge preferred.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Willing to conduct site visits when required.

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
