Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; preferably a Licensed Civil Engineer.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in horizontal and vertical construction projects.
• Experience handling both private and government projects.
• Strong project coordination and documentation skills, with knowledge of construction processes, technical requirements, and government regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project activities with Operations, Site Engineers, clients, and other concerned departments to ensure smooth project implementation.
• Assist in project planning, billing preparation, bidding activities, and project monitoring to support timely and efficient project completion.
• Coordinate permits, government requirements, technical concerns, and transactions with external stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate and updated project documentation, including reports, contracts, plans, and compliance records.
