รับผิดชอบงานด้านการวิเคราะห์และสนับสนุนข้อมูลทางวิศวกรรม การประสานงานโครงการ และการจัดทำเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานของโครงการก่อสร้างให้เป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
Key responsibilities
- มีพื้นฐานทางวิศวกรรมสามารถอ่านแบบ วิเคราะห์ และตรวจสอบ แบบโครงสร้างและแบบสถาปัตยกรรม ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- ถอดปริมาณงาน(Quantity Take-off) จัดทำพร้อมตรวจสอบ BOQ และวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนได้จริง
- ติดตามความคืบหน้า, ควบคุมงาน และประสานงานกับผู้ควบคุมงานและฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อติดตามความคืบหน้างาน และเร่งรัดให้งานแล้วเสร็จตามมาตรฐานและตามแผนงาน
- จัดทำเอกสาร ขออนุมัติ งานเพิ่ม-งานลด(Variation Order: VO) จัดส่งเอกสารต่างๆ เช่น Material Approval , Shop Drawing และรายงานต่างๆพร้อมรายงานความคืบหน้าโครงการ
- รวบรวมข้อมูลแต่ละโครงการ รายงานสถานะ ความคืบหน้า และปัญหาของโครงการต่อผู้บังคับบัญชา
- สามารถประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่างๆ และหน่วยงานราชการได้
