POSITION: Office Engineer

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare, organize, and maintain project documents, drawings, correspondence, and reports.

• Monitor the submission and status of project documents to ensure timely processing.

• Maintain an organized document control system for all incoming and outgoing documents.

• Prepare transmittals, requests for information (RFIs), material submittals, and other project documentation.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers regarding document submissions and project requirements.

• Update project logs, document registers, and monitoring reports.

• Assist the Project Engineer in preparing accomplishment reports, project schedules, and other engineering documents.

• Ensure that all project records are complete, accurate, and properly filed.

• Perform other duties that may be assigned by the Project Manager or immediate supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

• Licensed Civil Engineer is an advantage but not required.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Experience in construction documentation or document control is an advantage but not required.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.

• Strong organizational and document management skills.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision.

• Willing to be assigned to project sites and work under project-based employment.
