Office Engineer

About the role

Office Engineer responsible for managing project schedules, coordinating manpower deployment, monitoring project costs, and collaborating with project teams to ensure successful project delivery across construction and smart home integration projects.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain project schedules, including tracking milestones and deadlines
• Organize needed manpower deployment
• Monitor and track project costs, including change orders, and prepare project financial reports
• Collaborate with project team members, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure project success
• Prepare and maintain needed construction files and logs including billing and completion reports
• Identify and resolve issues that may arise during the project lifecycle
• Assist with the procurement of materials and equipment for the project

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with PRC License
• At least two (2) years experience in construction or project site engineering, focusing on electrical systems, smart home technologies, or building construction
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, and electrical installations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and communicate with stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Safety certifications (OSHA, First Aid, etc.)
• Professional Engineer (PE) license (preferred but not required)
