Office Engineer

Key Roles:

• Prepare and maintain project documents, drawings, reports, and records.
• Ensure proper filing, tracking, and updating of approved plans, specifications, and revisions.
• Monitor and record project progress and accomplishments.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and update project monitoring dashboards.
• Consolidate progress reports and supporting documents for management review.
• Assist in tracking construction schedules, milestones, and project completion.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, labor, materials, and subcontractor expenses.
• Prepare cost monitoring reports and identify potential cost variances.
• Measure and validate contractor accomplishments for progress billing.
• Prepare and maintain billing documents and supporting records.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and project teams regarding billing and documentation requirements.
• Perform other job-related tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed and Registered Civil Engineer.
• With 1–3 years of experience in construction, quantity surveying, cost engineering, project documentation, or housing projects.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, and construction management software.
• Good report writing, analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
• Willing to be assigned in Santa Maria, Bulacan
