A. DUTIESAND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reports to Technical Services Manager and/or Engineering Department Head.
• Accountable to creating and updating the project details of every project
• Provides technical and administrative information to project engineers working on a project to ensure that the work complies with all engineering standards, codes, specifications and design instruction; trouble-shoots engineering related installation problems.
• Process submittals.
• Process request for plant monitoring/inspection.
• Keep up daily work tickets.
• Post change orders.
• Track and manage change orders.
• Maintain as-built as work is completed.
• Document project issues/conditions.
• Maintain organized and detailed projects records.
• Manage project library.
• Act as primary point of contract between clients and sub-contractors, property owners, consultants, outside agencies and utilities on assigned projects.
• Coordinate review and response to contract submittals.
• Make field inspections.
• Prepare and/or review independent estimates. Negotiates change orders/contract amendments.
• Prepare project related correspondence and documentation.
• Review and verifies pay applications from sub-contractors.
• Prepare, monitor and update schedules for assigned projects.
• Perform design and constructability review on design drawings for errors and inconsistencies.
• Investigate and document construction claims and claims evaluations.

B. Required Education, Skills, Experience and Other Career Qualification:

• Graduate of Civil/Electrical Engineering with 2 years Vocational Certificate related to Technical Engineering Support Services.
• Computer literate.
• Potential Leadership qualities and a team player.
• Must be physically fit
• Flexible for continuous improvement
• Ability to work well under pressure as well as keep up with several tasks at the same time
• Male or Female

Work Location: In person

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
