Office Engineer

Responsibilities and Duties:

· Management of documents necessary for the construction projects.

· Prepare quotations, estimates cost & purchasing of materials needed for the Projects & Services.

· Responsible for monitoring projects from initial construction to completion of the construction

· Ensures that the program of works, and plan were followed.

· Responsible for controlling man powers and construction materials coming in or out the construction projects.

· Communicate responsibly with foreman’s, skilled/nonskilled workers, administrative staffs, and other necessary personnels for the general construction of the projects.

· Monitor and evaluate subcontractor’s work performance and establish project timeline.

· Quantity estimation of construction materials necessary for the construction projects.

· Ensures that materials including scraps are properly delivered and inventoried with the warehouse upon the completion of the projects.

· And some other job-related tasks that needed to perform.

Qualifications:

· Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering

· Must have a professional license for Civil Engineers registered in the Professional Regulation Commision (PRC).

· At least 1-3 years’ experience as office engineer.

· Work Experience related to the position is an advantage.

· Ability to solve construction problems and meet deadlines.

· Candidate must be responsible and reliable under all circumstances.

· Willing to do field work/ project site visit.
