Office Engineer (ไทยออยล์ แหลมฉบัง)

About the role

This role involves verification and take-off of construction drawings to ensure accuracy against project requirements, including calculation and quantity surveying. You will control construction work quality standards, ensure compliance with specifications and engineering standards, and manage project timelines according to contract terms. You will manage construction costs through cost control processes to stay within budget, prepare inspection reports, summarize site issues and propose solutions, and coordinate efficiently between site engineers, subcontractors, and project owners.

Key responsibilities

• Verify the accuracy of construction drawings against project requirements and calculate quantity take-offs
• Control construction work to ensure quality, compliance with specifications, and adherence to engineering standards
• Manage project timelines to align with contract schedules
• Control and monitor construction costs to remain within budget
• Prepare inspection reports and document site issues with recommended solutions
• Coordinate between site engineers, subcontractors, and project owners

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction work
• Deep understanding of structural work, civil engineering, and site management systems
• Ability to read construction drawings with high accuracy
• Strong negotiation and coordination skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
