Key Responsibility:

1. Prepare and review BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for electrical and plumbing systems for all company projects (8-storey condominiums with 5-7 concurrent projects)
2. Approve and clearance Shop Drawings for electrical and plumbing systems to ensure construction team executes work correctly and in accordance with project schedule
3. Coordinate with other relevant departments on electrical and plumbing systems work to prevent impact on architectural design and construction progress
4. Provide MEP engineering data and systems information to management for consideration in decision-making
5. Conduct site meetings to inspect and verify Stock Cards for all MEP systems
6. Review and confirm specifications for electrical and plumbing systems to approve with the Procurement Department before placing orders
7. Plan and schedule material requisitions for all MEP systems work in alignment with the Project Master Plan
8. Provide complete inspection and supervision of all electrical and plumbing systems installation work
9. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields.

• Minimum 2 years in QS (Quantity Surveying) or Estimation work

• Experience in residential developments, high-rise buildings, commercial projects, or mixed-use developments is preferred.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and AutoCAD software

• Able to travel to project sites in Pathum Thani and Nonthaburi provinces

• Prior experience with high-rise buildings or condominium projects is highly preferred (Special consideration given)

• Honest and ethical with integrity

Working Days:

• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM / 6 days per week (Alternating Saturdays)
• Locations: Nonthaburi and Pathum Thani zones (Flexible based on project requirements)
