Office Engineer – Project Controls

About the role

Soil-Steel Bridge Solutions is seeking an Office Engineer – Project Controls to join our dynamic engineering team. This is a full-time position based in Butuan City, Agusan del Norte, offering a strategic opportunity to drive project success through meticulous planning, monitoring, and control. As an Office Engineer in Project Controls, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role is central to our commitment to excellence in bridge engineering and construction, directly supporting the delivery of our most critical infrastructure initiatives.

What you’ll do:

• Monitor project schedules and progress
• Prepare quantity takeoffs, reports, and technical documents
• Assist in project costing and material requirements
• Coordinate with site engineers and project teams
• Maintain project drawings, records, and documentation
• Assist in progress billing and project monitoring

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Civil Engineering
• Licensed or non-licensed applicants are welcome
• At least 1 year of related work experience in construction, engineering, project coordination, or similar work
• Familiar with Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity takeoff
• Organized, dependable, and willing to learn
• Willing to be based in Butuan City
